释义	法律分析：港澳居民来往内地通行证，俗称回乡证，由中华人民共和国公安部出入境管理局签发，是具中华人民共和国国籍的香港特别行政区及澳门特别行政区居民来往中国内地所用的证件。法律依据：《中国公民因私事往来香港地区或者澳门地区的暂行管理办法》第十四条港澳同胞来内地，须申请领取港澳同胞回乡证，港澳同胞回乡证由广东省公安厅签发。申领港澳同胞回乡证须交验居住身份证明，填写申请表。不经常来内地的港澳同胞，可申请领取入出境通行证。申领办法与申领港澳同胞回乡证相同。
