释义	法律分析：公章是公司用于处理内外部事务的印鉴，公司对外的正式文件、报告、信函都需要使用公章进行盖印。合同章是公司与其他公司在业务上达成协议时，在双方订立的合同上盖印的章，盖了合同章的合同具有法律效力，合同双方若违反合同的相关规定，需要负相应的法律责任。需要注意的是：合同章只用于商业合同，但公章可以代替合同章使用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
