1、高铁抽烟将被处以500元至2000元不等的行政罚款或者将被禁乘火车180天。如果吸烟导致列车火灾等严重后果的，吸烟者将会被依法追究刑事责任。 2、根据最新的规定，在动车组列车上吸烟或者在其他列车的禁烟区域吸烟，被公安机关处罚了，或被铁路站车单位现场取证认定了，就将纳入惩戒名单，限制乘坐火车，期限180天。
