释义
在战场上明知友邻部队处境危急请求救援，能救援而不救援，致使友邻部队遭受重大损失的，对指挥人员，处五年以下有期徒刑。本罪侵害的客体是战场上的友邻关系；本罪在客观方面表现为行为人在战场上明知友邻部队处境危急请求救援，能救援而不救援。
