释义	法律分析：离职当天可以结清工资，也可以在下个月发工资的时候一起发放。用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十或者本单位相同岗位最低档工资，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
