1.比例保险费制

2.均等保险费制
即不论被保险人或其雇主收入的多少，一律计收同额的保险费。这一制度的优点是计算简便，易于普遍实施;而且采用此种方法征收保险费的国家，在其给付时，一般也采用均等制，具有收支一律平等的意义。但其缺陷是，低收入者与高收入者缴纳相同的保费，在负担能力方面明显不公平。
