释义	被欺骗领了结婚证既不属于无效婚姻，也不属于可撤销婚姻。民法典规定婚姻无效只有三种情况，一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。同时民法典规定了两种可撤销婚姻的情形，一种是隐瞒重大疾病，一种是受胁迫，隐瞒重大疾病的，请求撤销婚姻应当自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内提出。受胁迫的，应当自胁迫行为终止之日起一年内提出。如果你受欺骗而领取了结婚证，还是要按照合法婚姻解除的方式，采取协议离婚或者诉讼离婚的途径解决。
