释义	法律分析：离职要求结清工资，公司会在离职后下一次发放工资的时候结清工资。一般劳动者在离职的时候，单位应该在15日内办理相关的离职手续、转移保险关系，同时结清劳动者的工资报酬。现行法律没有规定离职时工资什么时候结清，但是根据各相关法律的规定，用人单位应该在员工离职时结清。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
