临时工工期到了直接走吗 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
临时工泛指在工作场所里非正式雇用的劳工，通常以日薪计酬。也不像正式的劳工能够享有退休金与每月最低工资的保障。临时工又分成约聘雇员与人力派遣这两类。聘用临时工目的为处现短期出现的额外工作，例如因为长工放产假，所以聘临时工当替工。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第六十八条 非全日制用工的概念非全日制用工，是指以小时计酬为主，劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时，每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式。
