怎么处理自诉人提出撤诉请求
释义
自诉人提出民事赔偿请求是以提出追究被告人刑事犯罪的请求为前提的。在不提出刑事追究请求，不存在刑事诉讼的情况下，民事诉讼也就无从附带。所以，自诉人撤回刑事追诉请求，其效力及于附带民事部分。
