释义	法律分析：双方自愿断绝父子关系不可以去公证。血缘上的亲子关系是法定的，不能通过法律手段人为予以解除，也不能通过登报声明或双方协议等方式消除。父子关系是从孩子一出生就产生了法律上的权利和义务，公证也不能切断血缘关系，而父子关系在法律上不存在断绝的说法。所以公证无效、起诉也不会受理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第二条公证是公证机构根据自然人、法人或者其他组织的申请，依照法定程序对民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书的真实性、合法性予以证明的活动。
