释义	法律分析: 律师是不可以公证遗嘱的，只可以见证遗嘱，找律师见证的遗嘱一般是有效的。根据法律规定，遗嘱是指遗嘱人生前在法律允许的范围内，按照法律规定的方式对其遗产或其他事务所作的个人处分，并于遗嘱人死亡时发生效力的法律行为。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
