释义	法律分析：合同到期不等于合同无效，经人民法院确认无效的合同，其效力自始无效，相应的法律关系也需要回到订立合同前的原始状态。因此依法成立生效的合同，不存在会有无效的问题。但合同出现了可撤销的事由，经当事人申请法院确认撤销的合同除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
