释义	法律分析: 一般情况下，医保费用的报销遵循这几条规则，只要在这些规则的范围内的医疗费用都是可以报销的：正常享受待遇期内（医保没断缴）；在定点医疗机构就医；符合“三个目录”范围；在起付线以上和封顶线之内。而相对的，在规则外的费用就不可以报销。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第三十条下列医疗费用不纳入基本医疗保险基金支付范围：(一)应当从工伤保险基金中支付的;(二)应当由第三人负担的;(三)应当由公共卫生负担的;(四)在境外就医的。
