释义	法律分析：原始证据，传来证据的对称。是指司法人员直接从原始出处获取的未经复制和转述的证据。司法人员直接从刑事被害人或民事诉讼当事人处获取的陈述，从目睹证人处得到的有关案情的证言，刑事被告人的供述，物证的原件，书证的原本等均为原始证据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十三条证据包括：（一）当事人的陈述；（二）书证；（三）物证；（四）视听资料；（五）电子数据；（六）证人证言；（七）鉴定意见；（八）勘验笔录。证据必须查证属实，才能作为认定事实的根据。
