释义	低速行驶不仅影响了高速公路的行车秩序，降低了通行效率，而且会迫使其他车辆从右侧行车道、应急车道超车，易造成刮擦、追尾事故几率上升，特别是在转弯、上坡路段极易引发交通事故。出现低速行驶最多的是一些严重超载、超限和机件老化的中大型货车。高速路低速行驶属违法，同样需要承担违章行为的处罚。低于最低限速规定20以内的，不予罚款处罚，但低于最低限速规定20以上的，将被处以200元、记3分的处罚。因修路、堵车、雨雾等恶劣天气造成车辆时速低于最低限速的，将不予处罚。
