严重精神损害后果是什么 |

法律分析：凡具有下列情形之一的，应认定为因侵权致人精神损害已造成严重后果：(1)造成受害人自杀、自伤的;(2)造成受害人精神失常的;(3)严重影响受害人正常工作、生活的;(4)在公共场所公然侮辱、诽谤、贬损、丑化受害人的姓名、肖像、名誉、荣誉，或者公开披露受害人的隐私，导致受害人社会评价降低的;(5)非法使被监护人脱离监护，导致亲子关系或者近亲属间的亲属关系破裂、恶化的;(6)具有人格象征意义的特定纪念物品如祖传遗物、荣誉证书、功勋章等，因侵权行为而永久性灭失、毁损不能修复的;(7)非法肢解尸体，非法披露、利用死者的隐私，或者非法利用、损害死者的遗体(遗骨)，或者以侮辱、诽谤、贬损、丑化等方式侵害死者姓名、肖像、名誉、荣誉，造成其近亲属的社会评价降低，受到社会歧视或者不公正待遇的;8、其他致人精神损害造成严重后果的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百八十三条 侵害自然人人身权益造成严重精神损害的，被侵权人有权请求精神损害赔偿。
因故意或者重大过失侵害自然人具有人身意义的特定物造成严重精神损害的，被侵权人有权请求精神损害赔偿。
