释义	法律分析：犯罪判刑后可以见家人或打电话。为使服刑人员更好的改造，各地监狱都开通了“亲情电话”，基本每周都可以往家里打电话进行问候。“亲情电话”固定设置为家人电话，服刑人员只能拨打这个绑定的号码给亲人，不能给其它人打电话。家人也无法给服刑人员拨打电话。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第四十七条罪犯在服刑期间可以与他人通信，但是来往信件应当经过监狱检查。监狱发现有碍罪犯改造内容的信件，可以扣留。罪犯写给监狱的上级机关和司法机关的信件，不受检查。
