释义	产前假：薪资按80%发放。女性职工是享有产前假的，怀孕7个月以上，如工作许可，经本人申请，单位批准，就可请产前假两个半月，而且产前假后可直接休产假。对于部分属于地方法规规章必须给假的情况，单位应批准其休假，薪资按照员工以往每月实发薪资标准的80%发放。如果是产假，当然是三个月，按底薪算。计件按过去三个月的平均薪资算。
