岗位工资是最低工资吗

法律分析:
岗位工资不是一定是最低工资。单位发给劳动者的工资有最低限度的规定,即不得低于当地最低工资标准,但是单位可以根据其生产经营特点和经济效益,在该标准以上来确定岗位工资。
法律依据:《《中华人民共和国劳动法》》第四十七条
用人单位根据本单位的生产经营特点和经济效益,依法自主确定本单位的工资分配方式和工资水平。
