释义	法律分析：契税不交是会有滞纳金的，而且拖着不交也不是办法，按正常流程来说没有契税发票是不能办理房产证的，房子的产权也没有保障。以后卖房的话还要以契税发票的开具日期来确定时间，所以契税尽早交最好，拖欠契税没有任何意义。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第三十二条纳税人未按照规定期限缴纳税款的，扣缴义务人未按照规定期限解缴税款的，税务机关除责令限期缴纳外，从滞纳税款之日起，按日加收滞纳税款万分之五的滞纳金。
