释义	法律分析：双方都有义务的合同就是双务合同。所谓双务合同就是双方当事人互相承担义务和享有权利的合同。双务合同中，双方当事人承担的义务与他们享有的权利相互关联，互为因果，除法律或合同有特殊规定外，双方应同时对等给付，一方不能要求他方先行给付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十四条，合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定；没有规定的，可以根据其性质参照适用本编规定。
