释义	上班10天自离一般没有工资。自动离职是指劳动者不向用人单位打招呼,随意脱离所在工作岗位和所在单位的行为。是不符合法律规定的,一般情况下会给用人单位造成经济损失,用人单位也会追究该劳动者的责任。用人单位对擅自离职的职工可按旷工处理,给予除名。按照国家规定,自动离职的劳动者不享受任何待遇。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第七十七条用人单位与劳动者发生劳动争议，当事人可以依法申请调解、仲裁、提起诉讼，也可以协商解决。调解原则适用于仲裁和诉讼程序。
