释义	法律分析：新刑法对变造货币罪既遂的量刑标准为处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。变造货币必须是数额较大的，即变造货币“总面值在1000元以上或者币量100张以上”的，为犯罪既遂，未达到以上数额的变造货币行为不宜以犯罪论处。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十三条变造货币，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金。
