法律分析:
正式员工因自身原因提出辞职一定要提前一个月通知。但是因用人单位做出违法行为导致的辞职行为不需要提前通知一个月通知,可以立即解除劳动合同。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
