释义	原告和被告都有可能是受送达人，收到法律文书的就是受送达人。比如送达的是起诉状副本、应诉通知书、举证通知书等，受送达人就是被告；如果送达的是答辩状，受送达人就是原告。法院送达地址确认书上的受送达人，是填写确认书的人，原告填写的就是原告，被执行人填写的就是被执行人。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十一条，当事人不服地方人民法院第一审判决的，有权在判决书送达之日起十五日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。当事人不服地方人民法院第一审裁定的，有权在裁定书送达之日起十日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。
