释义	信用卡债务无法偿还，除非涉嫌信用卡欺诈，否则是不会入狱的。虽然逾期的信用卡确实有可能会被判入狱，但刑法规定，逾期本金5万元以上的恶意透支持卡人，在发卡银行有效催收两次且三个月内仍未归还的情况下才能属于恶意透支。而且对于“恶意透支”，地方法院在做出判决时也有自己的考量和标准。一般来说，在认定恶意透支信用卡诈骗罪之前，需要符合虚假信息、大额透支、逃避托收、不当使用等事实。对于使用信用卡的普通持卡人来说，这种可能性很小，不需要太担心。
