释义	法律分析：两者是一个意思，没有区别。被委托人(在民法上又可以称受托人)是指接受委托人的委托代理委托人从事民事、商事活动或者诉讼、仲裁活动的人。受委托人应履行的义务有，依委托人指示亲自处事务，处理结果向委托人报告义务，处理委托事务所得财产应交与委托人，因受委托人原因造成委托人损失，受委托人应予以赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十一条民事主体可以通过代理人实施民事法律行为。依照法律规定、当事人约定或者民事法律行为的性质，应当由本人亲自实施的民事法律行为，不得代理。
