法律分析：合同可以不是本人签字，由代理人签字依然有效，委托代理人订立的合同，产生的法律后果由被代理人承担。但是收养协议、离婚协议、遗赠抚养协议牵涉到人身性质的合同必须由当事人自己办理，不能由他人代签。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十四条 合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定有规定的，可以根据其性质参照适用本编规定。
