释义	法律分析：包含，用人单位统一给员工代交五险一金，但是五险一金的费用是自己工资里扣一小部分，公司交大部分，都是按照一定的比例。因此，对于五险一金，属于员工所要承担的部分，一般都是从员工每个月的工资报酬里面由用人单位进行代扣。但如果是属于单位承担大部分，则就应该由单位来承担。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
