签劳动合同两年一定要做两年吗

法律分析：劳动合同签了两年，就要做两年。这是基本的合同意识。如果确实不想在单位工作的，可以提前向单位申请辞职。如果用人单位不批准辞职的，在提出解除合同之日起三十后可以合法自行离职。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第十九条 劳动合同期限三个月以上不满一年的，试用期不得超过一个月；劳动合同期限一年以上不满三年的，试用期不得超过二个月；三年以上固定期限和无固定期限的劳动合同，试用期不得超过六个月。
