释义	法律分析：发工资后信用卡并不会在一分钟就扣掉。因为工资都是发在储蓄卡里，而信用卡要还款的话，通常都是由持卡人直接还钱进去，二者并没有什么直接联系。除非客户的信用卡签订了自动还款协议，并且是绑定工资卡作为还款银行卡。而发工资的时候又正好是信用卡的还款日，所以在工资到卡里后，碰上了系统的扣款时间，银行就直接从工资卡里扣除了资金用作还款。法律依据：《劳动法》　第五十条　工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
