释义	法律分析: 公司倒闭公司董事没有责任。公司破产的，是由公司自己以自己的财务对外承担全部债务，董事对破产公司的债务是不承担连带责任的。但是如果公司董事高管存在违反忠实及勤勉义务的行为，且因这些行为导致了公司破产，该董事、高管将在破产后三年内不得再担任其他公司的董事、高管。《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第三十五条人民法院受理破产申请后，债务人的出资人尚未完全履行出资义务的，管理人应当要求该出资人缴纳所认缴的出资，而不受出资期限的限制。
