释义	仲裁时效的种类：根据仲裁时效适用范围的不同，仲裁时效可以分为普通仲裁时效和特殊仲裁时效两种。普通仲裁时效又称为一般仲裁时效，是指一般民事、经济纠纷普遍适用的仲裁时效。一般诉讼时效为2年，自知道或者应当知道权利被侵害时起计算。特殊仲裁时效即法律、法规对某些民事、经济纠纷的仲裁时效作出特别规定，这些民事、经济纠纷只能适用这种特殊仲裁时效，而不能适用普通仲裁时效。因国际货物买卖合同和技术进出口合同争议提起诉讼或者申请仲裁的期限为4年。
