问题	当事人就合同中质量内容的补充确定
释义	合同的标的、数量是合同的必备条款，需由当事人明确约定。当事人没有约定，或者约定不明确的，合同内容无法确定，合同不成立。当事人约定了合同的标的、数量，不影响合同成立。对质量、价款、履行地点、履行方式、履行期限、履行费用未做出约定，或者约定不明确，当事人可以协议补充确定。不能达成补充协议的，可以通过合同的有关条款或者交易习惯确定。
