释义	二审开庭不是意味着一审不合理，二审是第二审人民法院根据上诉人的上诉或者人民检察院的抗诉。法律规定，第二审人民法院对上诉案件，应当组成合议庭，开庭审理。经过阅卷、调查和询问当事人，对没有提出新的事实、证据或者理由，合议庭认为不需要开庭审理的，可以不开庭审理。第二审人民法院审理上诉案件，可以在本院进行，也可以到案件发生地或者原审人民法院所在地进行。
