释义	法律分析：公司可以不安排双休，但是必须保证劳动者每日的工作时间不能超过8个小时，每周工作时间不能超过44个小时。法律依据：《劳动法》以及《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》的相关规定，职工每周工作40小时，应当保证劳动者每周至少休息1日。因工作性质或生产特点的限制，不能实行每日工作8小时、每周工作40小时这种标准工时制度的，可以实行不定时工作制或综合计算工时工作制等其他工作和休息办法。
