释义	法律分析：规定按照小时计算期间的，从规定时开始计算。规定按照日、月、年计算期间的，开始的当天不算入，从下一天开始计算。期间的最后一天是星期日或者其他法定休假日的，以休假日的次日为期间的最后一天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十二条期间包括法定期间和人民法院指定的期间。期间以时、日、月、年计算。期间开始的时和日，不计算在期间内。期间届满的最后一日是节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期间届满的日期。期间不包括在途时间，诉讼文书在期满前交邮的，不算过期。
