释义	新生儿上户口籍贯随谁没有固定的要求，由父母自行决定。孩子的籍贯一般是出生地，也是户口所在地，可以挂靠父母任何一方，在户口都迁入同一户口前，可以适当做出选择。比如看父母双方哪一方地区的教育条件好些，还有高考分数线低一些来决定。《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第七条婴儿出生后一个月以内，由户主、亲属、抚养人或者邻居向婴儿常住地户口登记机关申报出生登记。
