商标必须代理机构申请吗？

法律分析：
商标注册不是必须由代理机构申请的。商标具有两种注册方式：一种是自己到国家商标总局办理商标注册事宜。另一种方式是委托一家经验丰富的商标代理组织来提供商标代理服务。这样，会节省大量的时间与精力，当然，对方会收取相应的服务费。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国商标法》 第四条 自然人、法人或者其他组织在生产经营活动中，对其商品或者服务需要取得商标专用权的，应当向商标局申请商标注册。
