释义	法定代表人指依法律或法人章程规定代表法人行使职权的负责人我国法律实行单一法定代表人制，一般认为法人的正职行政负责人为其惟一法定代表人。法定代表人与公司法人在内部关系上也往往是劳动合同关系，故法定代表人属于雇员范畴。《公司法》第13条，公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
