1.凭营业执照，到公安局特行科指定的刻章社，去刻公章、财务章。后面步骤中，均需要用到公章或财务章。2.办理企业组织机构代码证，凭营业执照到技术监督局办理组织机构代码证。办这个证需要2个工作日，办理后面的税务登记证、银行基本户开户手续都需要出示组织机构代码证。3.办理税务登记，领取执照后，须在30日内到当地税务局申请领取税务登记证。深圳的国税和地税的税务登记证合为一张。4.银行开基本户，凭营业执照正本、组织机构代码证正本、税务登记证正本，去银行开立基本帐号。可以在原来办理验资时的那个银行的同一网点去办理，基本户账号沿用验资户账号，也可选择其他银行网点办理。开基本户需要填很多表，你最好把能带齐的东西全部带上，要不然要跑很多趟，包括营业执照正本原件、身份证、组织机构代码证、财务专用章、法人章。

第六条 设立公司，应当依法向公司登记机关申请设立登记。符合本法规定的设立条件的，由公司登记机关分别登记为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司；不符合本法规定的设立条件的，不得登记为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司。
法律、行政法规规定设立公司必须报经批准的，应当在公司登记前依法办理批准手续。
公众可以向公司登记机关申请查询公司登记事项，公司登记机关应当提供查询服务。
第七条 依法设立的公司，由公司登记机关发给公司营业执照。公司营业执照签发日期为公司成立日期。
公司营业执照应当载明公司的名称、住所、注册资本、经营范围、法定代表人姓名等事项。
公司营业执照记载的事项发生变更的，公司应当依法办理变更登记，由公司登记机关换发营业执照
