农村集体土地承包合同永久使用权有效吗
释义
依据法律的规定，农村集体土地承包是有期限的，所以合同约定承包永久有效是没有法律效力的。耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年;特殊林木的林地承包期，经国务院林业行政主管部门批准可以延长。
