释义	法律分析: 抵押担保未登记的，如果担保物是不动产，则未生效，不动产的抵押权自登记时设立；如果担保物是动产，则抵押权自抵押合同生效时设立；但是未经登记的，不得对抗善意第三人。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第三百九十七条【建筑物与建设用地使用权同时抵押规则】以建筑物抵押的，该建筑物占用范围内的建设用地使用权一并抵押。以建设用地使用权抵押的，该土地上的建筑物一并抵押。抵押人未依据前款规定一并抵押的，未抵押的财产视为一并抵押。
