传真扫描的合同证明力如何

法律分析：
传真扫描的合同是可以当做证据使用的，只是这种证据属于传来证据，其效力是没有原始证据的证明力强，但是如果合同的传真、扫描件和其他证据相印证形成完整的证据链条，则该证明力和原始合同的证明力是相同的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第七十条 书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。提交外文书证，必须附有中文译本。
