黑白协议的效力及影响是什么？

效力有所区分，部分有效，部分无效。双方当事人出于不真实的意思表示，并没有实际履行合同的意愿而签订的合同，而通过其他途径另行约定具体履行行为，此类行为在法律上可能涉及“以合法形式掩盖非法目的”“隐藏行为”等法律事实，我国民事法律明确规定，此类虚假行为的法律效力是无效。
