释义	法律分析：我国已经取消了C1驾驶证年审的制度，也就是说C1驾驶证不用每年都年审的，只需在驾驶证有效期满后去车管所重新换领新证即可。注意：初次申领驾驶证有效期为6年，驾驶人应当在期满前90日内前往车管所办理申请换证业务。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十六条机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的六年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发十年有效期的机动车驾驶证；在机动车驾驶证的十年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。
