释义	法律主观：劳动法并没有规定职工可以请多久时间的事假。事假，是劳动者因为私事而请假，没有特殊事由，用人单位可以不予批准，根据《关于职工全年月平均工作时间和工资折算问题的通知》的规定，员工因个人或家庭原因需要请假的可以请事假，事假为无薪假，事假以天或小时为计算单位。但是劳动法没有赋予职工事假天数的权限，只是规定了企业职工事假期间，用人单位可以不支付工资报酬。对于是否批准事假，批准多长时间事假是用人单位用工自主权，只要依照法律规定，遵循社会公序良俗和公平合理的原则即可。
