释义	法律分析：公司的年限是可以双方约定默认的。合作公司的年限无法律限制，双方可以合作的伙伴达成一定的默契在合作时间到期以后，或者在当事人希望退出后，可以将当事人的出资转让给对方以及其他的第三方。合作的期限可以是永久。但不能约定名为合作企业合同实为借款合同；不能约定逃避税收；不能约定违反外汇管理方面的规定，否则可能导致所签合同内容违法而无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十五条自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格；但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
