释义	法律分析：动产抵押合同自双方签字确认后生效。我国动产抵押权模式采用书面成立—登记对抗主义，即动产抵押权依当事人间的书面合同成立，但未办理抵押登记，不得对抗善意第三人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零二条以本法第三百九十五条第一款第一项至第三项规定的财产或者第五项规定的正在建造的建筑物抵押的，应当办理抵押登记。抵押权自登记时设立。
